At SlayedbyShans, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority - and that includes providing answers to all of your questions from the convenience of your own home. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below to get the information you need. If anything still seems a bit unclear, don’t hesitate to get in touch we’ll be happy to help you out.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY?

-The products must still be in good condition and in its packaging before being returned.
-Mink eyelashes must not be taken out of packaging or worn as returning this could cause an infection. 
-Hair extensions must not be used or taken out of original packaging. We are not responsible for any stylist trying to 'bleach' the hair or trying to use a chemical treatment for the hair. 
-The lace on the ready made wigs must not be cut or tampered with in any way or will not be returned. 
-You have 5 days after receiving products to get in contact with us regarding a problem with your product. After 5 days a refund or exchange will not be given to you.
-Refunds will take 3-5 working days to be shown in your account.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers and paypal.

WHAT DOES CUSTOMISATION INCLUDE?

Customisation includes:

-Bleaching of the knots

-Plucking of the lace frontal, 360 frontal or lace closure

-Laying down baby hairs

-Styling of the unit or lace frontal/closure/360 unit. 

Products can also be customised to your desired style. For this please email slayedbyshans@outlook.com after placing your order, quoting your order number and how you'd like it customised. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, gift cards are available. Please email slayedbyshans@outlook.com if you want more information on this.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

In order to have a full sew in:

- 8" to 18" is three bundles

- 20" and up is four bundles

If you are unsure please email us at contact@slayedbyshansbeauty.co.uk before placing an order.

If you are thinking of having a deepwave install more is always better. When ordering hair always remember that it is always better to have more hair than not enough. SlayedByShans Beauty hair extensions when cared for properly can be reused and installed for a minimum 3 years. 

NEED TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT?

If you need an emergency appointment (within 24 hours) then you can email us at slayedbyshans@outlook.com. There will be an extra charge for an emergency appointment which you will be provided further information about in the email.

BOOKING WITH SLAYEDBYSHANS BEAUTY

If you have used our booking system to book an appointment with us but wish to use slayedbyshans hair then you can order via our email slayedbyshans@outlook.com. However, you MUST order atleast 3 days prior to your appointment so your hair can be ready in time. 

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR?

When you order any ready made wigs or bundles with SlayedByShans beauty it comes with an instructions leaflet and also a care instructions brochure. This will help with the type of hair you purchase, how you can maintain it and how to elongate it's durability. However, if you have any more questions then you may drop us an email at slayedbyshans@outlook.com and we will send an email right back!

I'VE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Orders are processed as soon as they come through to us so it is unlikely that you will be able to amend it. However, if you desperately need to change it then you may text 07429613134 or email us at slayedbyshans@outlook.com under the title 'URGENT'. Quoting your order number, your old order and then quote your new number.
